3-shaft Roller bender machine

Description

Rolling mill for profiles, flat bars, rods, pipes and sheets up to 100 mm wide.

Assembled and powder coated with hardened shafts (64HRC+), prepared for a 050 size gear motor and output shaft. Profile dimensions:

Inside the body (between the walls):

-horizontally: profile up to 100 mm, flat bar up to 100 mm, -vertically: profile up to 60 mm, flat bar up to 50 mm, -pipe up to 60 mm

Outside the body (protruding rollers): -vertically, profile up to 30 mm, flat bar up to 50 mm, -horizontally, profile up to 30 mm, flat bar up to 40 mm, -pipe up to 40 mm

Drive – included

Gear motor and 0.75 kW motor.

Controls – included

Control panel with main switch, safety switch, left/right button, rolling speed change button and double pedal (left/right) with overvoltage, thermal and short-circuit protection and cabling. Control device with frequency converter – 230V power supply.

Base – included

Stable base with 4 legs.

Rollers for profiles and flat bars – 1 set included

Set of 6 hardened rings enabling adjustable mounting width – adjustment to the width of the profile and flat bar. Rollers with a conical rebate on one side (for profiles) and flat on the other (vertical flat bar).

Pipe rollers – optional

A set of 3 hardened rollers for rolling pipes, selected according to the expected pipe diameter. One set of rollers allows for rolling one diameter.

Pressure rollers – available on request

Rollers forming a longitudinal groove in the profile to prevent waviness on the inner diameter.
